When I think of Bill I am always reminded of his cool demeanour. As I child I remember the Welter family living in Carroll and staying overnight at their home. What fun times. Our family was blessed with abundance of children which made our chilhood special. Bill was one of those uncles you could have fun with. Christmas times at Grandpa & Grandma Arndorfer's was a blast with cousins running everywhere. In the middle of all those celebrations were Bobby & Bill and their wonderful family.

From the Fangman's of Cedar Rapids, our deepest sympathy to the Welter family. Within the Catholic faith this is not the end - only the beginning. Welcome home good & faithfull servant.
